On the Flye LLC (OTF) is excited to offer our clients and their friends or family an exclusive Holiday Cleaning Special this season! This special is designed to help prepare your home for the holidays and refresh it after the celebrations. Please carefully review the terms and conditions below to understand the details and expectations of this offer.

Holiday Cleaning Special Details

Service Description:

• A minimum of 4 labor hours is required for each Holiday Cleaning Special.

• The cleaning will focus on the kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathrooms.

• This is an abridged version of our deep cleaning service.

• Rate: $55 per labor hour.

Discounts:

• Cyber Monday to December 15th: 20% off for both the referring client and the referred person (if the referred person signs up for a clean).

• December 15th to December 25th: 15% off for both parties.

• December 25th to December 31st: 10% off for both parties.

Referral Discount Rules

1. Discounts apply only if the referred person completes their sign-up for the Holiday Cleaning Special.

2. Referring Client’s Discount Usage:

• The referring client will receive their discount as a credit to use on their next regularly scheduled clean.

• If the referring client applies the discount to their regularly scheduled clean, their rate will not increase to the holiday cleaning rate of $55 per labor hour. Their standard cleaning rate will remain the same.

3. If the referred person does not sign up, the referring client will not receive the discount.

4. Discounts are applied to the referred client’s holiday cleaning invoice.

After-Holiday Deep Clean Package

• Starting January 1st, clients can enjoy our Deep Clean Package Deal:

• Flat $50 discount for both the referring client and the referred person.

• The referred person must sign up for a Deep Clean to activate the deal.

• The referring client may use their $50 discount as a credit on their next regularly scheduled clean.

• The regular rate for maintenance cleans will remain the same if the discount is applied to a maintenance clean.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The Holiday Cleaning Special and referral discounts are open to current OTF clients and their referred friends or family.

• The referred person must be a new client to On the Flye LLC.

2. Scheduling:

• Cleanings must be scheduled and completed within the applicable promotional periods to qualify for the discounts.

3. Payment Terms:

• All services are billed at $55/labor hour before any applicable discount is applied.

• Discounts for referring clients will be issued as credits toward their next regularly scheduled clean. Referring clients who use the credit on a regularly scheduled clean will retain their standard cleaning rate.

4. Scope of Cleaning:

• This special is limited to the specified rooms and services mentioned above.

• Additional services may be requested but will be billed at the standard labor rate.

5. Cancellation Policy:

• For Holiday Clean: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 2 labor hours ($110.00).

6. Referred Clients:

• Referred clients must provide the referring client’s name upon sign-up for the discount to apply.

• The discount will be void if the referred client cancels or does not complete their sign-up.
